Mr. Warner is the president of Precision Aircraft Solutions and 321 Precision Conversions, leading the growth and continued success of these major aerospace modification, products, and services companies. Since joining Precision’s senior management team in 2003, he has been instrumental in establishing the 757-200 freighter and combi conversion program. As President, he ensures the long-term success of this legacy program, supporting a fleet of over 170 converted aircraft throughout their operational lifespan.

In 2017, Mr. Warner spearheaded the 321-200 freighter program, guiding it to become a low-carbon, cost-effective, and flexible freighter solution. Under his leadership, the program now offers a comprehensive suite of engineering, parts, and support services for operators, OEMs, MROs, and leasing companies worldwide.

With over 30 years of experience in military and commercial aerospace, Mr. Warner spent 14 years at British Aerospace (now BAE Systems), where he contributed to missile systems development at British Aerospace Dynamics and led business development efforts for Airbus A300B4-100/200/600 freighter modifications at British Aerospace Aviation Services.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
