HOTEL INFORMATION
The Marriott Hotel Al Forsan, Abu Dhabi is the exclusive lodging partner for Cargo Facts EMEA 2026.
The room block cut-off is 13 April 2026. We strongly recommend that you book your rooms early, as our blocks have been selling out quickly.

Reservations: Once you have accessed the group booking site, please take the following steps:

- Adjust your stay dates (field under the image of the hotel)
- Adjust your number of people in the room (the rate includes breakfast per person)
- Click on “Check Availability” then check the box “Show with taxes and fees.”
- Click “Select” and complete your reservation
Please note that each room in the block must be booked directly with the hotel. Please refrain from booking through any 3rd party claiming to be the Event Booking agent or a hotel representative if one should contact you. They are not affiliated with Cargo Facts EMEA.
DISPLAY SPACE GUIDELINES
*Some sponsorships include a display table. Please refer back you your original sponsorship agreement to confirm that a display is included.
Your space will include a 6ft table with a linen and two chairs. The space can accommodate an 8 to 10 foot wide backdrop. Your backdrop needs to be placed directly behind your table.
6ft tables can be removed if you prefer not to use them. Tables cannot be moved to either side of the backdrop.
* There will not be pipe and drape or other dividers to separate sponsor spaces.

ATTENDEE LIST
There will be a pre-show and a post-show attendee list sent to the main contact of your sponsorship in excel format.
Notice: There has been a recent increase in companies promoting “pre-registration” lists for Cargo Facts EMEA and using the Cargo Facts or Cargo Facts EMEA logo in their communications. Please disregard these offers — they are not legitimate lists of “pre-registered” attendees. Cargo Facts does not sell or distribute attendee lists. Only official event sponsors receive the verified registered attendee lists at the scheduled times before and after the event.
