Keinyte was appointed CEO of Bluebird Nordic and parent company BBN Cargo Airlines Holdings in April 2022. She previously served as CEO of Novaturas, the largest tour operator in the Baltic region, where she was responsible for crisis management and reshaping the business model.
BBN Cargo Airlines is part of the Avia Solutions Group and is quickly growing its worldwide presence.
The group received approval for its BBN Airlines Indonesia subsidiary on Aug. 2, 2023, and diversified its Indonesian narrowbody fleet in November with the addition of its first 737 Classic freighter to the AOC.
“Since we are not diversifying ourselves that much in the fleet, we can focus on the operation,” Keinyte said during the fireside chat at Cargo Facts EMEA 2023. “On the other hand, commercially, we are very much diversifying ourselves and are looking for expansion to other regions by opening new AOCs or gaining clients in different regions.”
Avia Solutions Group acquired Slovakia-based AirExplore in 2023 as part of the group’s global narrowbody expansion strategy.
Cargo Facts EMEA 2024 will provide attendees with an overview of the pivotal events that shaped the industry in the past year while analyzing market conditions, trends and new developments underway.
