Oudkerk has more than twenty-five years of experience in the air cargo industry, serving in various leadership roles with Air France-KLM. She was vice president of that carrier group’s international stations for two years before joining Qatar.

One of the world’s largest international air cargo carriers, Qatar became the launch customer in 2022 for Boeing’s new 777-8F program with an order for thirty-four and options for sixteen more. With twenty-six current-generation 777 freighters, the carrier is the second-largest operator of the type behind FedEx.

Qatar recently reached an interline deal with London-based Dronamics at the Dubai Airshow in October as part of its Vision 2027 five-year strategy; the carrier also has plans to implement new technology and support startup companies with ambitious business models, Oudkerk said in a release.

Cargo Facts EMEA 2024 will provide attendees with an overview of the pivotal events that shaped the industry in the past year while analyzing market conditions, trends and new developments underway.
